Colder weather is approaching and we’re gearing up to keep your customers warm and comfortable this season. We strive to provide the highest-quality HVAC products, so we’re excited to offer the Samsung Quantum mini-split air conditioner and the 360 Cassette.

The Quantum is a 17 SEER unit that provides optimal cooling with minimal energy consumption. Using digital inverter technology, the Quantum is able to provide powerful cooling and reach the maximum power level two times faster than traditional mini-split systems.

You’re Invited to the Franklin Location Grand Opening!

Calling all contractors! You’re invited to the Grand Opening of Comfort Supply’s NEW Franklin location on March 13.

We invite you to drop by 1725 Columbia Ave. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and a look at new products.

Representatives from 20 leading manufacturers will be onsite offering giveaways and special promotions. Notable names include Ruud, Honeywell, Samsung, Atco Rubber Products, CertainTeed and DiversiTech.

A Look Back at 2014

With a few weeks of 2015 under our belts, we'd like to take a moment to thank each of you for an outstanding 2014. Each year we look forward to helping you best serve your customers by providing leading brands, superior stock and expert service. Lucky for us, you make it easy.

Let's take a look at last year's biggest highlights.

PROSTOCK Store Locations: We opened our Franklin branch in December at 1725 Columbia Avenue. Our fourth PROSTOCK location, the new store offers premium parts and supplies for residential and commercial contractors in the Franklin area.


Online Store Goes Mobile: Our online store has been a big hit since it launched in 2013, and since many of you travel from job to job, we wanted to give you a quick and reliable way to order supplies when you’re in the field. Our new mobile platform allows you to do just that—search the entire Comfort Supply inventory from your tablet or mobile phone, save items and make your purchase in just a few clicks.

New Partnership with Samsung: We began distribution of Samsung’s mini-split systems and now carry the full line, as well as parts and accessories. Known for its modern and sophisticated designs, Samsung provides homeowners with energy efficient and comfort-focused design.


Incentive Trip: For our 2015 travel incentive program, we’re sending our winners to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic April 15-19, 2015. If you can’t attend the trip this year, make it a priority to qualify for next year’s trip. Details to come soon.


Commercial HVAC Department: Last year, we created a new department dedicated to the commercial HVAC market. We’ve always carried commercial products, but now, with a dedicated commercial team, we’re able to provide you with quicker turnaround on project quotes, in-stock equipment for replacement or retrofit jobs, expert knowledge of equipment alternates and, as always, great products.


Warranty Program: Our partnership with JB & Associates allows us to offer you more options for protection plans and extended warranties. Eligible plans cover traditional HVAC, geothermal, mini-split and PTAC systems as well as other HVAC and plumbing related items.

Re-Launching Samsung Mini-Splits

If you haven’t already heard the good news, we’ve begun distribution of Samsung’s mini-split systems. We now carry the full line of mini-splits, including parts and accessories.

Known for its modern and sophisticated designs, Samsung provides homeowners with energy efficient and comfort-focused design.

“My customers have been pleased with Samsung’s systems,” said Eloy Saban, owner of Nashville-based HVAC contractor Temp Control LLC. “The models are modern and unobtrusive and the performance is excellent. I’m confident selling this product to my customers because I know they will be satisfied.”

The Samsung AQV series for residential use is a heating and cooling system that distributes refrigerant to multiple fan coil units serving the conditioned spaces. Its features include,
·      Smart inverter technology
·      Quiet operation
·      High efficiency programmable modes
·      Multi-step air purifying system

We will carry the full AQV series, including wall-mounted, concealed duct ceiling and concealed ceiling cassette mini-split units.

Inverter technology can reduce energy consumption by roughly 30 percent compared to systems not using inverters. And many of the Samsung mini-splits are Energy Star rated and use R-410A refrigerant, which can decrease homeowners’ energy bills by a significant amount. We’re happy to offer our contractors a brand they can trust—one with style, sophistication and functionality.
