• Preferred Plus Dealers will receive double Branding Points May 15th-June 15th. Branding point codes will become available after the conclusion of the promotion. Proof of Sale: Invoice or detailed receipt of sale must be provided including, but not limited to the following: model number, date sold, dealer name, dealer address, and dealer number.
• Product Registration: Date of installation must occur between March 15, 2017 and June 15, 2017.
• Dealers must register qualifying systems by June 30, 2017.
• Submission Requirements: Dealer must be enrolled in the Preferred Dealer Program. In addition to the proof of sale, to expedite the approval process, Samsung HVAC requires the distributor to submit a detailed Excel spreadsheet of all sales eligible for this program to promotions@samsunghvac.com. The spreadsheet should include: model number, date sold, dealer name, dealer address, and dealer number. Samsung HVAC will verify registration.
• Submission Time Period: All sales must be submitted no later than June 30, 2017.
• Reward Shipments: Allow two weeks after submission cutoff date for rewards to ship. If rewards are not received in full by July 15, 2017, please contact your Samsung HVAC Representative. Rewards will ship to the submitting branch location, unless otherwise specified
