With a few weeks of the new year under our belt, we'd like to take a moment to thank each of you for an outstanding 2013.

Let's take a look at last year's biggest highlights.


PROSTOCK Store Locations: Our Nashville location recently made the transformation to a PROSTOCK store, offering access to greater PROSTOCK products and stock consistency. We're also excited to announce that our Clarksville branch will undergo renovations this month to become our third PROSTOCK location.



Tech Tool Club: Giving back to our customers is an everyday practice for us, which is why we brought back our Tech Tool Club program to reward in-store tool purchases. Simply present your Tech Tool Club card when placing your next counter order and receive one punch per $50 purchase. You can receive up to $30 free towards tools. If you haven't filled up your card yet, don't worry - punches can be carried over year-to-year.


Incentive Trip: If you couldn’t attend the trip last year, make it a priority to qualify for this year’s trip across the border. We’re excited to announce that for our 2014 travel incentive program, we’re sending our winners to the Hard Rock Hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico. The trip will take place April 30 - May 4, 2014.

Partnership with Neuco: Our new partnership with Neuco, an OEM vendor, gives you access to non-warranty OEM parts. Now, if a customer complains of a non-warranty part you installed for them breaking, you don’t have to worry. Bring the problem to any Comfort Supply location and we will get you a replacement through Neuco.

Protection Plus Program: By offering Protection Plus to customers in the past, contractors have shown results in gaining repeat business, increasing profits and developing lasting client relationships. Changes made to the plan in 2013 have streamlined the process, making it even easier and more beneficial to contractors and homeowners alike.



Online Store: Early last year we announced our webstore's new account management capabilities. The easy-to-use additions allow you to view current and previous invoices, orders, account statements and payment history.


Inc 500|5000: We’re proud to announce that Comfort Supply was named to the 2013 Inc. 500|5000 list of fastest-growing private companies in the country. We ranked 4442 overall, citing a three-year growth rate of 53 percent. Thank you to all of our customers who’ve helped make this growth possible—we couldn’t have done it without you!

Comfort Supply is opening a fourth location in Clarksville. The new warehouse/showroom at 1460 New Ashland City Road will be open for business on April 12. This will be our fourth location: Nashville, Murfreesboro, Cookeville and Clarksville.

The 8,000-square-foot Clarksville location will offer everything that residential and commercial contractors need to install and service HVAC equipment. We will host an open house for contractors at the new location on Wednesday, May 12, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

“Clarksville is a particularly good location for Comfort Supply because the residential construction industry has fared much better here than in most other Tennessee cities during the economic downturn,” said Jimmy Shelton, sales consultant for the new store. “We see a great potential for growth in this market.”

In November of last year, CNNMoney.com ranked Clarksville fourth in the nation in terms of mid-sized cities in which to start up a new business. The article cited an influx of manufacturing jobs, including the new Hemlock Semiconductor plant, which is expected to employ up to 800 people.

We have been wanting to expand to Clarksville for a some time now, and we look forward to working with the contractors in the community and being a part of this great city.

Like Clarksville, Comfort Supply has grown at a rapid rate in recent years, expanding from one location to four within fours years. We opened the Murfreesboro store in 2006 and the Cookeville location in 2008. The company’s revenue has grown at an annual rate of approximately 15 percent for the past four years.

We are grateful to have experienced success during these challenging times. People will choose to do business with you, we believe, if you provide great service and an outstanding product at a fair price. This is what we have built our business on, and we look forward to bringing the same customer-focused approach to our Clarksville store.
